YO EVERYONE

My new companions name is Sister Grant, she is from Washington as well and is super cute! She is super positive and I am super excited to get to know her better.

THIS WEEK WAS CRAZY! Taking over the area is not near as scary as I thought it would be, but there is definitely a lot of pressure since I am the only one who knows the ward out of the 4 missionaries serving in it.. I feel like I don't even know it? How do I explain everything to 3 other sisters?? But it's been really awesome though and I love all that it encompasses.

It has been over the 100's this week and everyday I melt a little more than the day before. Water is my best friend, but water doesn't cool the temp down 30 degrees lol.

Our lessons with our portuguese investigator are going super well!!! I had been reading in the bible, I should do that way more often than I do.. But so I was able to find a lot of really good scriptures about the Restoration. That is what we taught her and she LOVED it. It was really cool to see how her face would light up about certain things. At the end she asked us what she does next. "Do you expect me to be baptized? Am I supposed to become a member in your church now?" lol my companion and I looked at each other and were like YES! haha, so we are working towards baptism with her now! It's awesome, we are super excited for her!
