my pday got switched to saturday so that is why i am herrree(:

we got to go to the temple today and this was the first time i got to go through the tucson temple! it was so beautiful. there is such a strong spirit in the temple. AND THERE ARE SO MANY SO CLOSE TO ALL OF US! we can go whenever and it's such a blessing ((:

my companion has been sick this entire week so the only time i got out of the house was today and one other day for EXCHANGES! it was my first time doing exchanges and it was the best, i was with sister smith and she is darlinggg, she's been out for two weeks. one of the many miracles we had was we were out tracting and not getting very far until we knocked on this guys door and he came outside and closed the door and started talking. he knew who we were and said "im catholic, im happy" and we talked about it for a second. he asked if we were gonna make him take a book and we said yes HAHA. and we were talking about it and the bible and we shared john 10:16 and were sharing short testimony with him about it and he opened up and said he had been struggling and looking for happiness and that maybe this was it. we were so happy! one thing i loved about this experience is the whole time this guy had a sense of humor and was joking around with us and i was able to joke around back with him, and those are usually the cases where i find the most success with people and touching their hearts. i have learned so much on my mission that there is no "perfect" missionary and i was trying so hard for the longest time to find that. you can't separate keri cooper from sister cooper- the lord uses my personality and my strengths for the spirit to work through and it is great. nothing is quite like those experiences that i have had on my mission.
