THE REPORT

HELLO, to answer some questions...

1. My new companion is Sister Nabrotzky, she is from many places but she has lived in London for the longest soo she doesn't have the accent, but she is great!
2. Our area is now in North Zone/Stake, so I didn't go too far from my last area. Now been in most of Tucson(; Our area is huge though. We cover San Manuel and Catalina wards. We go to San Manuel (which is 45 minutes away) twice a week and Catalina the rest of the week. For now, we will attend both wards on Sundays and then will probably rotate weekly. San Manuel is a very small and distant town, and Catalina is a little closer to the city but still kinda far out. Different from my last two areas.
3. Pink washing is where both of us just got moved here and don't know anybody. I LOVE IT. Pink washing is my favorite. We have seen so many miracles and met so many awesome people, I can't wait for the rest of the transfer. (:
4. We live with the stake president and his wife, the Broadbents (just us four)! Living with members is different but it is also awesome. We get to play games with them at night and getting to know them has been a blast! Also, the beds are much nicer lol. My last apartment had a couple mattresses stacked on top of each other because all the mattresses were terrible, so why not stack them? i felt like i was on the tower of babel lol. don't miss that. I am also learning how to play piano, no promises that I will be pro, but I LOVE the piano and hope I pick something up.

We had 20 something elders go home this past transfer so a lot changed, that was super sad saying bye to all of them and bye to Sister Wolfgramm but I am excited for what the Lord has in store for me.

The sisters here before didn't have too many people they were teaching and so we kind of got a fresh start with taking over the area, but we have met tons of new people so far! We were eating dinner with members and we felt prompted to share a simple Restoration lesson and we asked if we could follow up and she hesitated but then said that she wants us to start teaching her granddaughter who lives with them because she needed that message. REFERAL MIRACLE.

Then we were driving in this neighborhood trying to find the home of one of our investigators and we thought we found it so we knocked on the house and a car drove by and parked a couple houses down. He got out and came up to us and asked what we were doing (it was his sister's home, not our investigators home) and we explained who we were and he asked us to come over next weekend and meet his family so we are way excited for that! ((:

While we were in San Manuel (your girl was STARVING) and so we went to a gas station and the lady at the counter said she was "one of us" growing up with her grandparents and then when she moved back with her mom, her mom made her attend somewhere else. Her words were that she "never stopped believing" and she wants to get her daughter into primary! So we are hopefully meeting with her this week too! (:

There was a member who referred himself to us because he had misplaced his book of mormon, so we went to share one with him and got to know him better. he was so excited that we came over and we offered to come back and read with him and his eyes lit up that we would help him understand it. he shared some of the struggles he has had and that he really wants to get in a good habit of reading and actually understanding. he said he is gonna give us bandanas next time we come over. you know you made it when you get a bandana ((;

Our bishop invited us to share our testimonies on Sunday and that was great, it reminded me of how grateful I am for this gospel and what it has done for me (especially the last couple months) and I just struggle to find the words for the love I have felt from Heavenly Father since I have been out. The tender mercies he has given me have kept me going!

LOVE YOU ALL!!! if you sent me letters I probably wouldn't complain((;
